We are helping them grow their Field Operations team with a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about supporting farmers and driving adoption of creative AgTech solutions.Location: Based near Goondiwindi, with flexibility for candidates from nearby towns and surrounding areasAbout the RoleAs a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the champion for SwarmFarm customers, guiding them through the full lifecycle from onboarding and training to ongoing support and adoption.
You will be the trusted point of contact, helping farmers get the most out of their autonomous farming systems and ensuring every interaction meets SwarmFarm's high standards for customer success.Who We're Looking ForThe successful candidate could come from a range of backgrounds.
This includes any of the following:Candidates with general farming or on-farm experienceAgronomistsIndividuals with knowledge of geospatial tools, QGIS / GIS Software, GPS systems etcUniversity graduates with an Agribusiness, Agriculture, or AgTech degreeProfessionals with precision agriculture-related experienceKey ResponsibilitiesTrain customers on SwarmFarm systems,



including doing on-farm visitsConduct one-on-one and group training sessions remotely and on farmOrganize mapping and planning activities with farmersAct as the primary customer advocate, addressing issues and championing customer needs internallySupport adoption, ROI tracking, and sustainability outcomes for farmersCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to identify opportunities and improve processesMaintain accurate records, reports, and insights to continuously improve the customer experienceSkills and ExperienceIdeally, you will have some of the following skills and experience:Knowledge of precision farming data, GPS systems, and QGIS or other GIS softwareKnowledge of farming systems and agricultural operationsStrong computer literacy, attention to detail, and good communication skillsExperience in customer relationship managementEmpathy, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate customer needsWhy SwarmFarm?
