Senior HR Business Partner based in Perth will own a complex portfolio across remote and metro WA sites, acting as a trusted partner to site managers and two executive GMs with a focus on commercial outcomes and people strategy.

You will lead a small team of HR Advisors, drive change, policy work and frameworks, and travel to remote sites a few times a year. Hybrid working options are available.
