Victoria Legal Aid is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Independent Mental Health Advocacy service (IMHA) in Victoria.
You will oversee a diverse team of non-legal advocates, ensure high‐quality advocacy, and provide supervision and wellbeing support for staff.
You will collaborate with the Associate Director and key stakeholders across health, community services and government to shape service delivery and strengthen relationships, while working across Frankston, Dandenong or Ringwood
