Monash Health seeks a Registered Nurse to join Aviary Ward (4B) at Monash Children's Hospital, Clayton, on a part time fixed-term basis. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
You will conduct assessments, plan and evaluate care with patients and families, monitor for clinical changes, support discharge planning and maintain accurate records. NMBA registration is mandatory.
