The role focuses on community engagement, education and workforce capability to support young adults ***** and families.
Based in Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and surrounding areas, the position collaborates with local services, schools and community groups to strengthen pathways into support and recovery, using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
