Logan City Council is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor to help build and shape a up-to-date, customer-focused insurance and claims service.
The role is anchored in a restructured function, reporting to the Principal Insurance Advisor, with special emphasis on complex claims management and strategic leadership.
You will drive end-to-end claims handling, collaborate with insurers and legal partners, and lead continuous improvement across governance, records, and performance reporting.
