About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering protected, high-quality clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will:
Deliver person-centred nursing care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing




Complete clinical assessments and documentation
Monitor resident health and respond appropriately to changing care needs
Support and mentor care staff
Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous quality improvement initiatives

About You
You are a caring and professional Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and building trusted relationships with residents.
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Relevant nursing qualifications
Current COVID-19 vaccination record, including booster
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
Valid working rights in Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to the team
