Job Description
HammondCare is seeking a caring Specialised Carer to provide in-home and cottage support across Wahroonga and Terrey Hills. You will assist with personal care, grooming, and daily activities, while following individualized care plans and maintaining confidential documentation.

Candidates with aged or community care experience, a valid driver's licence, and access to a reliable car are preferred. Training and development opportunities are provided throughout employment.
