Caloundra Hotel is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead a team across dining, sports lounge and gaming floor. This role is part of a team-oriented leadership group during a major refurbishment, with shared shift loads and a focus on elevated service.
You will bring hospitality leadership, practical supervision experience and current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence. RSA/RSG compliance and a positive, energetic presence are essential.
