Manage workers compensation claims, insurer relationships, and support the RTW process (directly or in partnership with a Rehabilitation Provider)
n
Facilitate hazard identification, risk assessments, and job safety analyses; maintain the site risk register
n
Deliver WHS inductions and coordinate training for employees, contractors, and visitors
n
Monitor legislative changes and advise management on compliance obligations
n
Prepare WHS performance reports (leading and lagging indicators) for management
n
Promote a consultative, engaged approach to safety across all levels of the workforce
n
n
About You
n
n
Certificate IV in WHS (minimum); a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in WHS or related discipline highly regarded
n
Minimum 2 years' WHS experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-risk operational environment
n
Solid working knowledge of the WHS Act **** (Cth) and relevant state/territory legislation
n
Demonstrated experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and WHS documentation development
n
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
n
Highly organised, systematic, and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
n
High integrity and sound professional judgement
n
A collaborative team player who's equally comfortable working independently
n
Confident with Microsoft Office and WHS reporting tools
n
A positive, adaptable approach to change
n
n
Why Apply?
n
This is a great prospect for a safety professional to make a genuine impact within a well-established, growing national business, contribute to meaningful process improvement, and build strong cross-functional relationships across the team.
n
If you're ready to bring your WHS expertise to a role where safety truly comes first, we'd love to hear from you.
