Alzheimer's Queensland invites an experienced Lead Dementia Respite Assistant to join the Gordon Park Multi Service Centre in a permanent full time capacity. The role blends direct client care with leadership, planning and service coordination across centre-based respite and community services.
You will support clients and families, guide care staff, and help manage referrals, intake visits and daily operations with a compassionate, person-centred approach.
