Gough Recruitment in Port Melbourne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a ~150-property portfolio. You'll work alongside leasing, reception and the wider PM team to keep the portfolio well maintained and commercially active.
VCAT experience and an Agent's Representative Certificate are essential, with solid RTA knowledge. Enjoy a close-knit team, limited driving, in office parking, and progression into Senior PM or Sales.
