Job Description
What We're Looking For
Confidence across all aspects of general dentistry
Strong communication and patient relationship‐building skills
Ability to present and convert comprehensive treatment plans
Experience delivering high‐value treatment, including crown and bridge, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and complex restorative cases (desirable)
A patient‐centred approach with a commitment to clinical excellence
Availability to work 2 days per week, with flexibility around days
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia
Minimum 3 years' clinical experience in general dentistry preferred
Demonstrated ability to diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive dental care
Confidence presenting complex treatment plans and discussing treatment options with patients
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient‐centred care
Experience in restorative, crown and bridge, cosmetic, and other high‐value treatments will be highly regarded
A collaborative approach and commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
