We exist to support people to live safely, independently and with dignity, and we know this is only possible when our systems, processes and people are well supported.We are seeking an experienced People, Culture and Quality Coordinator support the recruitment, retention, and compliance of staff across the organisation, including oversight of the volunteer pool and student placement hours.About the RoleThe People, Culture & Quality (PCQ) Coordinator plays a key part in strengthening workforce capability, embedding a positive and accountable workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory, and quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and applicable NDIS Practice Standards.This position is fixed term for twelve months to create capacity for the broader PCQ team to focus on the delivery of key strategic projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end to end recruitment processes including advertising, screening and onboardingCoordinate employment documentation, compliance checks, and workforce recordsCoordinate staff training, mandatory compliance requirements, and professional development activitiesProvide advice and support on people related policies,
procedures, and industrial matters within scopeMaintain quality and compliance registers, including incident, feedback, and improvement logsAssist in monitoring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS obligations, and other legislative requirementsAbout YouYou are a values driven HR skilled, who strives to deliver high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle to facilitate a positive employee experience.What You Will BringQualifications in Business, Human Resources, Quality, Compliance or related fieldsDemonstrated ability to support a high performing, positive team cultureUnderstanding of the Fair Work Act and Work, Health, and Safety legislative requirementsAwareness of the Aged Care and Disability Service sector's compliance obligations including Practice StandardsStrong time management skills, prioritising ability, and attention to detailCurrent NSW Driver's licenceNDIS Clearance and Working With Children CheckSalary & BenefitsCompetitive Salary plus opportunity to increase your take-home pay through not-for-profit salary packaging benefits.Play a vital role in supporting an organisation that is focussed on ensuring the delivery of high quality, person-centred support and services to the older members of our community.
