LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is seeking a proactive Housekeeping 2IC for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Canberra.
You will cover the Housekeeping Manager's days off and supervise the team on other days, with a explicit path to future progression into a Housekeeping Manager role.
You will bring hands-on leadership, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to drive performance and payroll accuracy while maintaining stringent service standards.
Weekend rosters and rotating shifts are required.
