Plant Operators | Trade Assistants | Civil Labourers
Wolff Power is expanding our civil workforce and is seeking motivated and reliable people to join our team in full-time positionsacross a range of infrastructure projects.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are looking for experienced Plant Operators, Trade Assistants and Civil Labourers who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in what they do and want the security and development opportunities that come with full-time employment.
The Roles
As part of Wolff Power's Civil Crew, you will support the delivery of critical infrastructure projects across a range of civil construction activities associated with electrical, renewable energy and communications infrastructure.
Depending on your experience, qualifications and position, your work may include:
Operating civil plant and machinery
Trenching and excavation works
Site preparation and reinstatement
Conduit, pit and cable installation
General civil construction and labouring
Assisting electrical and civil trades onsite
Maintaining plant, equipment and tools
Completing pre-starts and required project documentation
Working collaboratively with Supervisors, Operators, Tradespeople and other project personnel
Following Wolff Power's safety, environmental and project requirements
Who We're Looking For
We are interested in hearing from candidates across a range of experience levels and civil backgrounds.
You may be an experienced Plant Operator, a Trade Assistant with infrastructure experience, or a reliable Civil Labourer looking for your next long-term prospect.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in civil construction, infrastructure, utilities or a similar environment
A strong commitment to working safely
White Card (Construction Induction)
Current driver's licence
Relevant plant tickets and licences (where applicable to the position)
MR/HR driver's licence advantageous




Experience working around electrical or underground services advantageous
Ability to undertake physical and manual tasks where required
Ability to work away from home on project-based rosters (as required)
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
You do not need to hold every plant ticket to apply.We are building a diverse civil crew and encourage applications from experienced Operators, Trade Assistants and Labourers with different skill sets.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including Drug & Alcohol testing, and provide evidence of relevant licences, tickets and qualifications.
