Step into this rewarding role of Leisure and Lifestyle Allied Health Assistant based in Holbrook just 55 minutes away from Wagga Wagga. You'll play a role in implementing meaningful activities for our residents that relate to their lifespan, interests and preferences while working alongside a fabulous team of health professionals.

Your responsibilities involve:

Facilitate a range of group and individual leisure and lifestyle programs
n
Correspondence and document management including the organisation of various deadlines and communications within a multidisciplinary team
n
Perform and assist with activities under the supervision and direction of treating Allied Health Professionals such as exercise classes and community outings
n
Facilitate and participate in diversional therapy activities
n
Maintain a safe and supportive workplace for patients and the multidisciplinary team
n
Create individual lifestyle care plans and programs for residents
n
