A key focus of this position will be identifying and converting new Property Management opportunities.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
Conducting rental appraisals and new business presentations
n
Following up Property Management leads and enquiries
n
Building relationships with investors, rental providers and prospective clients
n
Developing and maintaining a strong new business pipeline
n
Working closely with our Sales team to maximise investor and referral opportunities
n
Building relationships within the local Werribee and Wyndham community
n
Converting new management opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of our rent roll
n
Providing an exceptional onboarding experience for new rental providers.
n
You'll also manage a small local portfolio of approximately 50 properties, allowing you to provide genuine personalised service rather than simply managing volume.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
n
Managing lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
n
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring matters are followed through
n
Overseeing the overall performance of your portfolio
n
Ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
n
Working closely with our support team across leasing, inspections and administration.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is confident, personable and commercially minded.

Ideally, you'll have:

Previous Property Management experience
n




Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
n
Experience in Business Development or a genuine interest in moving into a growth-focused role
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Confidence conducting rental appraisals and meeting prospective clients
n
Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
A proactive approach and the ability to identify opportunities
n
Current Victorian real estate
registration/qualification
requirements
n
Current driver's licence
n
n
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people and wants to build long-term relationships rather than simply manage a large portfolio.
