We're looking for an amazing support worker to join the team supporting a beautiful young woman in Macquarie Park for two regular weekday shifts each week.This is not a sit-on-your-phone-all-day role.We're looking for someone who is fun, engaging, proactive and loves helping young people build confidence, independence and life skills.Meet the girlThe participant is a bright, chatty and caring 16-year-old who loves animals, cooking, crafts, LEGO, swimming, dancing and spending time with people.
She has a fantastic sense of humour, loves conversation and thrives when she's supported by people who are calm, positive and encouraging.She enjoys being active, getting out into the community, learning new skills and having fun.About the RoleYou will support Bella during regular weekday shifts, assisting with:Community access - Social and recreational activitiesDomestic tasksBuilding independence and life skillsSupporting routines and daily activitiesCreating a positive, enjoyable and engaging environmentNo two days are exactly the same, and we're looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm,
