Established manufacturing business | End-to-end Accounts PayableCirca $85,000 package | Supportive, close-knit finance teamImmediate start | Northern suburbs | WFH flexibilityThe OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable skilled to join an established business within the manufacturing sector.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will join a supportive, close-knit finance team and take full ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function.
Your responsibilities will include invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment-related queries and maintaining supplier master data.This role will commence as a six-month fixed-term contract.
Ideally, you will be able to commence immediately or at short notice.The ChallengeReporting to the Financial Controller, some of your key responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable transactions,
including supplier reconciliations and query resolutionPreparing customer invoices and credit notes, allocating cash and following up outstanding balancesMaintaining supplier and customer master dataAdministering corporate credit card processesResponding to supplier, customer and internal finance queriesProviding general finance and administrative support to the broader teamThe ExpertiseTo be successful in this role, you will bring the following:A minimum of two years' experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable roleStrong Excel skills and confidence working with financial dataExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence communicating with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
