Marketing Generalist - Graduate / JuniorWe're looking for a Graduate or Junior Marketing Generalist who wants hands‐on experience across the full marketing mix - not just one small part of it.You'll work across paid media, social media, content, email marketing, landing pages and conversion, with the opportunity to manage campaigns using an established advertising budget.This is a hands‐on role in a small digital team.
You'll be creating, testing, launching and improving campaigns yourself, with direct support from our Chief Digital Officer.What you'll be doingBuild, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Bing, LinkedIn and other relevant platformsManage our social media channels and content calendarCreate and edit content across video, imagery and copyAppear on camera for short‐form social and advertising contentHelp develop our in‐house content studio and work with trainers to turn their expertise into engaging contentProduce newsletters and EDM campaignsAssist with landing pages and conversion optimisationMonitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvementsUse AI tools to develop creative, test copy, analyse performance and streamline repetitive marketing tasksAssist with offline marketing when requiredAbout youYou don't need years of agency experience.
