With strong pathways into broader finance roles, projects and secondment opportunities across the business, you'll have plenty of scope to grow your career.What You'll DoDeliver month end and year end reporting, including journals, estimates, and performance commentary for the Motor Claims portfolioAnalyse claims performance against budget and forecast, providing clear insights that support decision-makingPartner with stakeholders across Finance and Claims to manage budgeting and forecasting cycles end to end, with variance analysis as requiredBuild and enhance reporting using Power Query, focusing on clarity, automation, and usabilityIdentify and implement process improvements to simplify reporting and reduce manual effortWorking across large datasets, turning complex information into practical insightsCollaborating across various functional teams and mentoring juniors within the teamWhat You'll Bring8+ years' experience in finance roles, ideally within large and complex organisations applying analysis to improve business outcomesExperience within the insurance industry is essential, with strong knowledge of claims,
