the positionincludes the following responsibilities:Operate equipment as per all applicable laws in NSW including the Heavy Vehicle National Law & RegulationsUse of MT Data as per instructionsUse of Onboard Mass Systems as per instructionsHave a robust commitment to workplace health and safetyAdhere to instructions for alternative redeployment tasks during mill stoppagesComply with the conditions of entry at all mill sites, pads and business premisesMeet agreed timeframes by complying with statutory fatigue breaks, including the co-ordination of fatigue breaks where necessaryDesired Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:HC or MC LicenceGood Driving RecordLiteracy & numerous skills relative to the workplaceHeavy Vehicle National LawLocal area knowledgeChain of Responsibility lawOnboard Mass SystemsMT Data systemsFatigue management – work and rest requirement (standard hours – solo drivers)Chain of Responsibility trainingOther important informationWe reserve the right to commence recruitment proceedings prior to the stated closing date.The successful candidate will have to undertake an Australian Federal Police check and Pre-Employment Medical (for certain roles) which will be arranged and paid for by SCT.SCT is an equal opportunity employer and we recognise the value and importance of diversity.
