What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression

Scheduling appointments and managing the practice calendar
n
Responding to patient enquiries with professionalism, care, and empathy

Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team

Working closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient flow

Helping deliver an exceptional patient experience every day

About You

Have experience in medical administration or a similar customer‐focused role
n
Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service
n
Can juggle multiple tasks while remaining calm and organised
n
Have excellent communication and time management skills
n
Are compassionate, friendly, and genuinely care about helping others
n
Understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in healthcare
