n
Casual roles across Southern Ocean Tourist Park, Millicent, Penola and Beachport visitor information centres.
n
This position provides specialist advice and administrative support to Council's tourism and customer service functions.
n
n
Provide advice, training and support to Council workers on their tourism and customer service responsibilities.
n
Administer Council's visitor information centre, event management, caravan park and customer service systems and processes.
n
Analyse and report on key tourism trends to foster continuous improvement
n
Monitor, maintain and comply with all of Council's policies, procedures and legislative requirements within assigned delegations of authority
n
Perform other functions as directed by the Community Development Manager.
