Elements Recruitment Australia is seeking a seasoned WHS Advisor in Parramatta on a hybrid basis. You will guide leaders on WHS risks, injury management and workers' compensation, while developing return-to-work plans and coordinating with insurers.
You'll partner with the senior HR team to improve safety practices, run inductions and training, and drive proactive HS compliance across multiple sites.
