UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator in Ipswich to help people live more independently through personal care and daily living support under the NDIS.This casual role requires sleepover and weekend shifts, flexibility with hours, and solid English communication.
A current NDIS Worker Screening check, an open Australian Driver's Licence, and CPR/First Aid certificates are required before starting.
