Prestige Inhome Care is looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support our extraordinary clients across Doncaster, Templestowe, Ringwood, Vermont, Heathemont, Bayswater.If you're passionate about delivering person-centred care, thrive working independently, and have experience supporting clients with complex needs, we'd love to hear from you.Required AvailabilityChristmas and Recent Year period availability - Minimum 3 weekdays of availability per week or moreAvailability for morning and/or evening shiftsWeekend and public holiday availability will be highly regardedWhat We're Looking For:A current Working with Children Check (mandatory)Demonstrated experience in NDIS disability support (aged care experience alone is not sufficient)Confidence working independently in clients' homesExperience supporting children and young people (our youngest client is 13 years old)Experience supporting clients with complex care needs, including Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and behaviours of concernHands-on manual handling experience, including hoists,
