This is a hands-on,



execution-focused role suited to a designer with strong digital design craft who enjoys bringing established creative direction to life across multiple customer touchpoints.Working within an established brand identity and creative direction, you'll be responsible for delivering polished, on-brand creative across CRM, paid digital and social, ensuring work is accurate, consistent and delivered at pace.Please ensure an up to date portfolio is included in your application.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDesigning and rolling out CRM and email creativeProducing static and digital assets for paid mediaCreating and adapting assets for organic socialResizing, versioning and localising approved creative across formats and channelsTranslating established campaign direction into consistent channel executionsWorking within existing brand guidelines, templates and design systemsPreparing artwork and final files to a high production standardManaging multiple briefs and deadlines across a fast-paced weekly workflowResponding to feedback accurately and efficientlyMaintaining strong attention to typography, layout, hierarchy and brand consistencyCollaborating closely with designers, copywriters, marketers and channel stakeholdersWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRINGApproximately 3-5 years' experience in graphic or digital designStrong experience designing for CRM, paid digital and socialExcellent typography, layout and composition skillsStrong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignExperience working in Figma or similar collaborative design platformsConfidence working within an established brand system and creative directionStrong production and artwork skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlinesA collaborative, organised and solutions-focused approachHigh attention to detail and consistencyExperience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce is highly regarded.Please be advised that we are not engaging recruitment agencies for this hire and will not consider any unsolicited resumes.
