Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications About the Role We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join an aged care team in the Belmore/Campbelltown area of NSW on a casual basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN who is looking for flexible work while providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health conditions Administer medications and treatments as required Develop and maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing Work collaboratively with care staff,



families and other healthcare professionals Support residents with their daily healthcare needs Follow aged care policies, procedures and relevant clinical standards Promote residents' dignity, independence and quality of life About You Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration Previous experience in aged care is highly desirable Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, reliable and resident-focused Good understanding of clinical documentation and medication management Current police check and other relevant compliance requirements Why Consider This Opportunity?
