Grover Foods Pty Ltd are operating a quick-food store at Marsden Park, NSW and are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their business.
This is a full-time role for right applicant.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations • Ensure compliance with council regulations • Hire and train staff.
Supervise all staff and ensure their skills are of appropriate standards.
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
• Determine and set goals for product mix and stock levels • Ensure service standards are maintained in dealing with customers • Promote and advertise goods and services • Sell goods and services to customers • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions • Undertaking budgeting and ensuring budgets are met • Handle customer complaints and any incidents.
Ensure they are recorded and handled appropriately.
Eligibility Requirements: • Diploma level or higher qualifications in relevant field • At least 1-3 years of experience in similar role/industry.
Salary - $80,000 plus super Only eligible and short-listed applicants will be considered.
