Zenith Search is seeking a Property and Retirement Living Operations Manager in Perth to lead maintenance, compliance and contract management for retirement living and aged care sites. You’ll align operational outcomes with organisational goals, reporting to the CEO and contributing as a Senior Management Team member.
You will manage budgets, capital plans, risk, and vendor performance, while ensuring compliance with the Retirement Villages Act, Aged Care standards and WHS requirements.
