The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and independent Contract Psychologist to join our growing practice. This is a highly flexible, contractual role ideal for a clinician looking to run their own caseload with complete clinical autonomy, while enjoying the benefits of an established referral pipeline, modern clinic space, and full administrative backing.

Whether you are looking to transition into private practice, add a few days to your existing portfolio, or relocate to the beautiful Port Stephens coast, we can tailor this agreement to suit your lifestyle.

- Complete Autonomy: Choose your own hours, days, and clinical focus. Work with the client demographics (children, adolescents, or adults) that align with your expertise.
- Attractive Percentage-Based Split: Highly competitive service fee structure, allowing for excellent earning potential.
- Full Administrative Support: We manage all intake triage, scheduling, billing, Medicare processing, and reminders,



leaving you free to focus entirely on client care.
- Established Referral Pipeline: Immediate access to a steady stream of clients and established relationships with local GPs, paediatricians, and NDIS coordinators.
- Modern Coastal Clinic: Work from our fully equipped, professional consulting rooms located in the heart of Salamander Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality psychological assessment and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Manage your clinical caseload independently.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with AHPRA and professional standards.

About You

- General or Clinical Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based psychological therapies.
- An independent working style with a commitment to ethical, high-quality client care.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
