About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Clinical Resource for after hours support at Dubbo Health Service.
Open communication skills are pivotal in this role to facilitate the primary focus of supporting staff, communicating in complex situations, escalating concerns and empowering staff to speak up. We are seeking someone to enhance our team with their positive influence and resilience.
The role requires advanced clinical skills to provide after hours clinical leadership, advice and recommendations in the field of nursing, clinical supervision to nursing staff and be a role model for the team. Reviewing patients on the ward is also a requirement of the role.
This position provides after hours support for night and weekend shifts across the whole of campus, while working closely with After Hours Facility Management.
