Join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as a Registered Nurse and provide skilled, compassionate and family-centred care to newborns requiring specialised and complex support during some of their most vulnerable moments.
Working alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll use your clinical expertise to assess, plan and deliver high-quality individualised care, respond to the changing needs of newborns and provide reassurance, education and support to families throughout their NICU experience.
You'll have the opportunity to strengthen your neonatal nursing capabilities, expand your clinical knowledge and contribute to an environment focused on teamwork, continuous learning and the best possible outcomes for babies and their families.

What you will bring to the role * Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Neonatal Nursing and willingness to obtain Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective Nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communications written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Ability to work a flexible roster, day evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit or team requirements.
