Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join the team at our East Rockingham office and play a key role in supporting our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding & mobilisation

- Coordinate and manage white & blue-collar workforce rosters

- Maintain compliance, training records & workforce databases

- Provide reporting,



stakeholder communication & HR support

About You:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment and mobilisation, preferably within the mining, shutdown, or resources sector

- Proficient in SharePoint, Excel and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to maintain accurate workforce records

- Highly organised and adaptable with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
