We are seeking a passionate and innovative Early Childhood Teachers to join our Preparatory School team and help shape the learning journey of our youngest students. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity and a love of learning. You’ll implement rich pedagogy and curriculum and support each child’s holistic development – linguistic, social, emotional, aesthetic, spiritual, creative, physical and cognitive.

We are recruiting for a full-time 12 month fixed-term position, commencing in January 2027.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

- Creates a classroom culture which values curiosity, creativity, problem solving and the development of learner assets.

- Plans learning and teaching programs that are built around children’s development – linguistic, social, emotional, aesthetic, spiritual, creative, physical and cognitive ways of knowing.

- Develops and promotes experiences that support student needs and interests.

- Creates intentional, flexible indoor and outdoor environments that support learning through play and inquiry, enabling students to engage, reflect, experiment, and discover.

- Adopts innovative practice that is responsive to student needs.

About You

- A teaching degree with a specialisation in Early Childhood Education.

- A passion for early childhood education and a willingness to work as required from PK-2.

- A deep understanding of the Science of Learning.

- A deep understanding of play-based learning, inquiry-based approaches, and intentional teaching practices.





- A transparent understanding and application of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard and Western Australian Curriculum.

- Hold current Working with Children Check.

- Hold a current TRBWA registration.

- Proof of Right to Work in Australia.
