LUMIX Procut is seeking a Counter Sales & Spare Parts Interpreter to join the team in Milperra, Sydney. The role includes handling customer enquiries by phone, email and at the counter; identifying spare parts; preparing quotations; processing customer and supplier orders; coordinating backorders; picking, packing and dispatching orders; receiving incoming stock; maintaining accurate inventory records; replenishing fast-moving parts; and keeping the showroom and warehouse organised.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and at the counter
- Identify spare parts and prepare quotations
- Process customer and supplier orders
- Coordinate backorders
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders
- Receive incoming stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Replenish fast-moving parts
- Keep the showroom and warehouse organised
About you
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive customer service skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
- Previous experience in spare parts, inventory management, technical customer service, warehousing or order processing highly regarded
- Experience in food-processing equipment, automotive parts, agricultural machinery or another technical industry beneficial but not essential
- Current Australian driver's licence desirable
- Valid Australian working rights required
