NSW GOV DEPT is seeking a Property Valuer for an ASAP start through 19/1/2027. The role focuses on real estate valuations and land acquisitions under the Just Terms framework.

The position offers hybrid work with 50% WFH and locations in Wollongong or Nowra. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years’ valuation experience, accreditation by the Australian Property Institute, and additional finance/valuation qualifications.
