Delaware North Australia at Lizard Island Resort is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager Marine and Activities to lead the protected and engaging delivery of land and water experiences, including snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, island tours, and cultural activities.

You will supervise and train staff, manage budgets, coordinate activities, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding safety standards in a remote Great Barrier Reef setting. This role offers growth within a global hospitality team.
