Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nursing Unit Manager for Mount Druitt Hospital's Emergency Department to lead nursing teams, optimise patient flow and ensure safe, high‑quality care.

You will drive workforce planning, clinical governance and process improvement in a rapid‑paced ED, collaborating with senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams while supporting staff development and patient-centred care.
