Xero is seeking a Small Business Onboarding Specialist to own the customer journey from initial contact through the first 90 days. You will blend discovery, sales and onboarding to convert prospects into confident users, delivering product demonstrations and guiding setup and adoption for small business owners.
You will run consultative conversations, ensure smooth onboarding sessions, and collaborate with marketing, CS and product to refine onboarding experiences that drive retention and growth.
