UGL seeks a Pre-Contracts Manager to lead its Energy & Industrial bid strategy and manage a high-performing Bid Management team across Australia. You will oversee prospect pursuit through to contract award, shaping how work is pursued, managed for risk, and secured for major renewable energy projects.

This senior role requires a proven background in pre-contract leadership, bid management, and commercial stewardship with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
