Central Gippsland Health Service in Sale, VIC is recruiting a Community Care Worker to support clients at home with person-centred care across local areas. Weekend work and flexible schedule are available.

You will deliver support with domestic tasks and help clients live independently with dignity, while maintaining accurate service records and collaborating with the care team. Applications from both qualified and unqualified applicants are welcome, with training offered as needed.
