The Ministry of Health is seeking a Senior Advisor, WHS to join the People & Culture team and drive a proactive safety culture across the organisation. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to deliver practical, risk-based WHS solutions and ensure wellbeing is embedded in everyday work.

You will lead WHS governance, use data to drive improvements, and provide expert guidance on complex safety matters to minimise incidents and support organisational capability.
