Mansfield Crushing Pty is seeking a motivated Grounds Assistant / Crushing Plant Trainee to join our team in Victoria. The role is outdoors, practical, and hands-on, with learning on mobile crushing and screening equipment.

You will start with general labouring, site duties and support for operators as you learn. A solid work ethic, willingness to learn and a mechanical mindset are valued, with travel across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
