Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent full time role (76 hours per fortnight) to deliver holistic assessments and care planning within our aged care community.

You will evaluate clinical needs, guide care staff, and contribute to improving residents' quality of life, supported by ongoing training and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
