NEXTDC is seeking a Legal Counsel – Corporate Services & Finance based in Sydney to join our legal team and support a broad range of corporate, commercial and finance matters across our Australian and international business operations. You'll work closely with our commercial, procurement and finance teams, providing pragmatic legal advice that keeps pace with our growth.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, including corporate structuring, debt and capital raising,
