Position: Legal Expert — Corporate M&A;
Type: Contract
Compensation: $120/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the corporate M&A; practice area.
- Adjudicate public commentary against task prompts and grading rubrics.
- Complete structural QC across prompts, rubrics, and source documents.
- Conduct data-room red flag reviews, diligence memos, and disclosure schedules.
- Handle SPA-related tasks with 10-100 source documents each.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience in corporate M&A; practice.
- Strong skills in legal document review and QC processes.
