Lotus Cars Limited in Hethel, England, is seeking a Paint Lead to head the Paint team within the Body & Paint department. You will lead up to 10 technicians, drive safety and quality, and ensure processes are followed to deliver world-class finishes.

The role requires prior automotive manufacturing experience, leadership ability, and a proactive, hands-on approach. You will collaborate across shifts, coach staff, and support continuous improvement efforts.
